Hot Infusion – Tea Preparation


Step 1
Heat water until it boils (to 95°C) to obtain a safe and enjoyable beverage.

Now add a spoonful of loose tea or a tea bag to a cup. Use two spoonfuls for a teapot.

Pour the hot water over the tea. Note: Always pour boiling water over and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to obtain a safe food product.

Let the tea steep for at least 5-10 minutes to get the full flavor. Enjoy!

Cold Infusion – Tea Preparation


Step 1

Add two spoons or two tea bags to a pitcher of cold water.

Let the tea steep in the pitcher overnight in the refrigerator.

Strain the tea through a sieve.

Now enjoy your tea, preferably with ice cubes.
